Now it's possible to make these products with a soft solution in one easy step - injection molded direct from compound into a final product. We do it with PolyCell™ foam using a process first invented for the production of shoe soles.. Eliminating the extra steps required with other processes like die-cutting and compression molding, the MDI injection molding process manufactures the foam and your product simultaneously, resulting in a closed-cell, self-skinning product that's durable and chemical resistant.

Why is Polycell™ so great?

To begin with, it's closed-cell. That means its waterproof and resists mold and mildew. It floats, can't corrode, and holds up to the elements. It won't "fill up" with water or come apart, clump together, or lose its shape.

PolyCell™ is cross-linked. It's strong, durable, and resistant to most chemicals. If it's used in the pool, spa or medical industry, for example, it combats chemical or water degradation and is impervious to bacteria and blood-borne pathogens.

PolyCell™ has high tear and tensile strength. You can't easily rip it and it won't crack or peel. Parts can be customized to provide exceptional molded logos and text readability, and you can match PMS colors.

PolyCell™ is perfect for:
  • Sporting Goods
  • Camping and Outdoor
  • Pet Toys
  • Baby Products
  • Office Accessories
  • Pool & Spa
