In 1980, its parent company began manufacturing dipped foam products - specifically trauma protection for the martial arts and law enforcement training industries. The company grew, setting milestones in its field. Using customer feedback, tireless research and development, and adopting a dedication to innovation, the company today still holds a leadership position in the industries it serves worldwide.
R&D Teams Experiment. Years of experience in dipped foam manufacturing led our Research and Development teams to experiment with the possibility of injection molding closed cell foam products. The company's reputation for visionary thinking proved itself again when, in 2000, company leaders opened MDI Products to become a manufacturer of injection molded foam and make polyolefin and EVA injection molded foam component parts. As a manufacturer of injection molded foam, we used our R&D skills to perfect our materials, processes and production so that when companies come to us for quality parts and products, we can deliver.
