Flexible Molded Foam Process:
Put a graphic surface on your foam part.

The Cubic Dip, Water Transfer is a kind of graphic printing used for 3-dimensional parts. It is accomplished by printing the design on a water-soluble film. Your part, made from our flexible molded foam process, is dipped into the water, causing the graphic to adhere to your part permanently.flexible-molded-foam-cubic-dip-sandal2

This added process for flexible molded foam is easily completed in a few simple steps.

  • Choose a graphic design from our extensive library, or create a custom design yourself.
  • Print the graphic on a water soluble film.
  • Lay the film on the surface of the water where the film dissolves leaving the graphic floating.
  • Dip your product into the water allowing the graphic design to adhere to the product.
