Do you need us to bond your foam part to another substrate? Our talents don't stop at making just the foam part. Depending on the foam/substrate combination, as a closed cell molded foam company we can glue the two parts together for a permanent bond.
Using adhesives can be better than mechanical fasteners. Bonding two parts together can relieve stress from both parts with more uniform distribution than a regular mechanical fastener can give. As a result, gluing the two parts together can often be built at lower cost and weight.
Combine fabric or other flexible material and foam to give you the aesthetic affect you want.
